SYMPTOM REPORT

Two days ago, miss suhana ha a mild fever and complained of a loss of appetide. Later she suffered nausea and vomiting with an occasional pain in the centre of her stomach.She was admitted to hospital yesterday.Today her abdomen is swollen and she is suffering a constant sharp pain her lower right side.

Three days ago,mr.daniel had a stomach ache and accomplained of a loss of appetite. He also vommited twice on that day with a throbbing pain in his left side of stomach. and it is very bad when he cought. he was admitted to HUKM 2 days ago.Now he feel much more better. Poor him.... huk..huk..huk.. =(

PAIN REPORT

My name is Fazeha binti Ujang. I have problem with my lung since i form three.I feel so sharp pain into my lung.One day,i fatigued because i'm short of breath.I have chest pain.My problem happend in same place, in left lung.Now, every month i have oppoiment treatment with a doctor to treat my problem. Now ,every day my life depend to the medicine.Every day i pray and hope my disease will be cure.

Hye guys!! Here I would like to share my feel with you about my english class. As we know English is one of the most important subject nowadays. It's also kown as a second language that help us to communicate with the other person whose come from the different race,religion and so on. It's make we become comfortable in order to speak with somebody and makes the interchenge of information become easier.
In our course of diploma in nursing,we HAVE to take english class either we like or not because it will help in our career soon.My english lecture is Pn.Normila.She can be describes as a happy go lucky person. She always make us laught in order to make us happy and 'freshy' during her class. I enjoyed her class very much althougt at the first sight I felt very bored and very sleepy.
hmm...about my friends?? Yeah,they are very kind. We can accept each other very well. We studied and did the assignment together in order to get the highest mark as well.huhu... lastly,here i would like to thank to my lecture and all my friends for all of their helps... tQ guys!!

Hyeee!!..today i want tell to u all..since i learn english...from Pn. Normilah..i feel happy coz..my english now, so better..english a important subject..i can improve my english...and i hope in da future my english so better than now..me too want thank to Pn.Normilah..coz she teaching me and my frend...thank my loving madam..

about the classes an puan ramilah........ha3

i like puan ramilah coz she is very happening lecturer,always lough and smile since he teach me....i really enjoy with puan ramilah classes, i also like this classes coz i can talk in english with all my friend and especially when i talking to my lecturer...i can understand 99.99% about what pn ramilah teach because the way she teach is very clear...i hope she can teach me and give me a lot of knowledge about english in nursing next years...condition in the classes also good and i feel really comfortable......

hello..my name is nik muhammad aliff bin nikm dzulkefli..a116293...opps i forgot you can call me aliff or pidut ...anything la...WHEN I FIRST TIME CAME at ukm...also 1 time came into the university...i felt so scare...but a little bit...hehe..while studying at National University Of Malaysia Hospital, i have learn many things. One of it is English Class with pn ramilah...i learn how to speak confidently...and also i learn about medical term...it help me to build my self esteem and now i feel more confident to speak english....hehe:p
As you all know that i'am a quite person is't? but, it is dosent meant i didin't interested in english clas..... I also like Puan Normilah because she is a kind lecture and understand with the things we do. she also know how to make communicate with us. she know how to combine in studying and jokes. That's why i like english class.......

I have a patient named IVAN ABASHEV.last night,he complained that he got vomiting with headaches.He also complain that he had diarrhoea.When he arrived in hospital,on his admission he had severe abdominal pain and also high fever.his temperature is about 39 degrees.On this morning he look very weak and shivering.Today,his left abdomen is swollen and he and she is suffering a constant and stabbing pain in her left side.

Sarah Behr was admitted this afternoon after suspected fractured her left arm because falling from the stairs at her sister's house.mrs. sarah was bornin 1984. Mrs. Behr is a teacher and she is married. Her next of kin is her father and he can be contact at 01792-793456. She is not a smoker but she drink 10 unit of alcohol per week. there is a family history of heart disease on the father side and she allergic to nuts.

my patient:>

mukhlis fell off from his bicycle.it happened five days ago. his right wrist is very paintful.the skin feels hotand, is red and sore. the shape of the wrist seems normal, but it's bit swollen, and it hurts when he touch it. he can move it without making the pain worse. he can also hold heavy bags, and put weight on it......

hemm, it was fun since i love english... pn mila is a very happening tutor i've eva met.. huhu.. the atmosphere was very alive but not during the fasting month.. everybody was like sooooo tired and liveless... hehehe.. dats including me.. it helped me to improve my english more since i've to learn more medical terms and being a nurse needs me to be more confident to speak in english since i would have to work with all sorts of poeple. ok, i think dats all 4 now..bye2..c u soon...

SYMPTOMS..... WATCH OUT...

Ain fell off from a tree 2 days ago. She hurt her wrist and it feels hot on the the skin. Her wrist was a little bit swollen and sore. She said it hurt when you touch IT plus she cannot move any heavy objects and move it freely.

PAIN REPORT...............................

Aliff is having abdominal pain since yesterday. It was mild when it started yesterday but constant. It got worse last night especially at the upper left side of his abdomen. He said it feels like something gnawning him from the inside of his body and it stays at the same place. The pain aggravates when he coughs but sitting on 45 degrees position helps to alleviate the pain.
