I have a patient named IVAN ABASHEV.Yesterday he complained that he got vomiting with headaches.He also complain that he had diarrhoea.When he arrived in hospital,on his admission he had severe abdominal pain and also high fever.his temperature is about 39 degrees.On this morning he look very weak and shivering.Today,his left abdomen is swollen and he and she is suffering a constant and stabbing pain in her left side...
