My Class..

Hye..My name is Syafawati binti Ismail. I'm one of the student Pn.Normila. Pn.Normila is supporting and joking teacher. She always make our class not bored and funny because sometimes she like to sing a song,that can lost our feel to sleep.Hehe..Pn.Normila also like to improve our English Language. My patient's name is Ivan Abashev. Yesterday, he complained that he got vomiting with headaches. He also had diarrhoea. He was on addmission at the hospital because he had severe abdominal pain and high fever. This morning, he looks weekness and shivering. He is suffering a constant and stabbing pain in his left side abdomen.
