I have a patient named IVAN ABASHEV.Yesterday he complained that he got vomiting with headaches.He also complain that he had diarrhoea.When he arrived in hospital,on his admission he had severe abdominal pain and also high fever.his temperature is about 39 degrees.On this morning he look very weak and shivering.Today,his left abdomen is swollen and he and she is suffering a constant and stabbing pain in her left side.

Two days ago Miss Jabarti had a mild fever and complained of a loss of appetite. Later she suffered nausea and vomiting with an occasional pain in the centre of her stomach. She was admitted to hospital yesterday. Today her abdomen is swollen and she is suffering a constant sharp pain in her lower right side.

Yesterday Mr. Ivan Abashev had diarrhoea and vomitting with headaches. He was admitted to hospital late last night after having a very severe abdominal pain and massively hight fever. This morning,Mr. Abashev looking so week and he's shivering. He keeps complaining that his left abdomen is killing him. The pain is constant and feels like someone is stabbing his stomach!!

Thank you for teaching me.I hope you have a great Hari Raya Aidilfitri.Thanks,for making me a better english student and more confident how to speak english very well.At least I know how to pronouce english words very clear.This is my only english class that was exciting to go to everyday.You give a move hands on learning and really challenged as to think.Many teachers never get the true meaning of teaching.My uncle is a teacher and for his students he taught them with hands on and got student to read who could't read and ther became exicited about reading.

I'll be honest and say when the class first started I really didn't enjoy but now it very exciting.I wanted to thank you for all your hard work to teaching.I just wanted to let you know that I really enjoy coming to your class.To day after my group discussed and study together about the activities.I find your class very entertaining and relevant to our own lives.

Ernie Azreen is eighteen years old. She live in Taiping,Perak. Her birthday on 14 April 1989. Now she's studying for diploma in nursing at Hospital Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Yesterday,Ivan Abasher was vomiting with headaches.At the same time he had the diarrhoea,it is an illness in which waste matter is empited from the bowels much more frequently than normal,and in liquid form.He was on admission to the hospital because he had severe abdominal pain, and had a hight fever.This morning he was very weakness and his body was shivering.Besides,he complained that he had pain in left abdoment,he is suffering a constant stabbing pain.

ABOUT THE COURSE

I am glad and happy to be in this course because its really interesting and also enjoyable.I am learning alot of new things and getting extra knowledge.This course also helped me to improve my language.Other than that this course also helped me alot in my writing skills.My lecturer Puan Normilah really very sweet and wonderful.I dont feel sleepy or bored during her class.this course benefits me alot.

MY FEEL

Pheww..english subject again..

That was my first reaction when i know that i will learn this ''unwanted subject''. It is because i never think that i'm gonna take this paper when reach a university chair, but it is no wonder because most of the subjects in Nursing Diploma are in english. So, wheater i like or not i must learn english.

When the lecturers of this subject came into my class, do you want to know what was sentence in my mind?.. "i'm going to die"..that's it!! Because there was three lecturers! How can i'm going to live? Their face is like my old school teacher,who was always angry with me, especially my chemistry teacher.

But, that was my first expression. Now, my mind change already. English subject is the one that will help me when communicate with my patient. The lecturer that teach my group also is the best one.. But now, i have a new problem. If someone have a sleepy in the class medicine, please give me some................

Syuhaibah bt Abdul Halim is eigteen years old.She born at Sungai Petani,Kedah.Her birthday on 07.05.1989.Now she's studying for a diploma in nursing at Hospital Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia(HUKM).She has exams next month,so at the moment she's studying hard.She wants to be a nurse because she likes helping people and she interested in science.

She'd like to be a paediatric nurse because she really enjoy working with children.She's worked on a medical's ward for two weeks.In the ward,she practice that she learned in the class.One day,she hopes to work in a children's hospital in Japan,which she heard from evryone.

He was admitted to hospital last night. On admission, he was suffered of severe abdominal pain and high fever. This morning, He is still weakness and sometimes shivering. He is complaint of pain in left abdomen, it is constant and stabbing.

Nur Hidayah Samsudin has a problem with her liver which causing pain. It began suddenly last week as mild but constant pain all over the chest. Now it is worse and is on the right anterior side of chest. The pain get worse when she is breathing.

Nurse education is physically,emotionally and financially stressful.Many students say that everything went wrong in,their lives while they ,were getting their nursing qualification.It's an intense, hectic,demanding and stressful programme.Your friends on the course will help you they friends are those I met on my nursing course .Make sure as well to set aside time for friends and family who aren't on the course.You being on the course will be though on them,too .

When the course is over ,thing will stabilize.When it's over you you will loook back and wonder where the time went...

While you are on the course ,remember it will be terrible some days.It will have you stressed to the point of screaming.It will fell like it is never going to end.Days when you are walking on air and feel so happy you would like to dance on the ceiling.And then ,before you know it,

it wil be over and you will be a nurse ...........YOU CAN DO IT!!!!...........................

Pain report...........

The patient has abdominal pain.It began suddenly last night as mild but constant pain all over the upper part of the abdominal cavity.Now it is more bad ,and is on the left -hand side of the upper part of the abdominal cavity.The pain was burning pain.The pain gets worse when she laying on the bed.

My lady patient......

Today i have received my new patient at Surgical Clinic around 10.30 am.I looked her condition and her face.In my opinion,i thought that this patient may be have a problem.And thanks God what i thought is true.
My patient name is Miss Shana.After i introduce myseft,she already relaxed to told me about her problem.She told me that she felt not so comfortable around her chest since 2 weeks ago.She felt the pain as moderate but throbbing pain all over her pain.According to the doctor,this patient has liver problem.
Now,it is staying the same and is on the right hand side of the hepar.She also told me that the pain got worse whenever she is in cold.

SORE/STREP THROAT..................

Sore throats caused by the streptococcal bacteria are usually accompained by pain when swallowing,fever,headache,stomach ache and swollen tonsils and lymph glands.The back of the throat might become red with patches.

To prevent strep throats,we must not share eating utensils,napkins,handkerchiefs or towel.However,if it occurs,it must be propley treated as it can put childrent at risk of rheumatic heart disease..........

Diagnosis strep throat requires a throat swab.Typical treatment includes Peniciallin or other antibiotics be allowed to return to pre-school after they hav been on medication for at least 24 hours and are free of fever.............................................
