SYMPTOM REPORT......

My patient name is Ivan Abashev.Yesterday,Mr.Abashev had a vomiting with headaches and complained of having diarrhoe.He was addmitted late last night.On addmission,she suffered a severe abdominal pain and high fever because the temperature is 39'.This morning,he lookes very weakness and shivering.He also suffering pain in his abdomen and he feel the pain is constant and its like stabbing him.
