My Patient...food poisoning..

Last night my petient Ivan Abashev had a food poisoning and complained of a loss of appetite. Yesterday he suffered diarrhoea and vomitting with headaches. He was admitted to hospital because of severe abdominal pain and high fever. This morning he looks weakness and shivering. He complained pain in left abdomen that was constant and stabbing.
