hello..my name is nik muhammad aliff bin nikm dzulkefli..a116293...opps i forgot you can call me aliff or pidut ...anything la...WHEN I FIRST TIME CAME at ukm...also 1 time came into the university...i felt so scare...but a little bit...hehe..while studying at National University Of Malaysia Hospital, i have learn many things. One of it is English Class with pn ramilah...i learn how to speak confidently...and also i learn about medical term...it help me to build my self esteem and now i feel more confident to speak english....hehe:p
As you all know that i'am a quite person is't? but, it is dosent meant i didin't interested in english clas..... I also like Puan Normilah because she is a kind lecture and understand with the things we do. she also know how to make communicate with us. she know how to combine in studying and jokes. That's why i like english class.......

I have a patient named IVAN ABASHEV.last night,he complained that he got vomiting with headaches.He also complain that he had diarrhoea.When he arrived in hospital,on his admission he had severe abdominal pain and also high fever.his temperature is about 39 degrees.On this morning he look very weak and shivering.Today,his left abdomen is swollen and he and she is suffering a constant and stabbing pain in her left side.

Sarah Behr was admitted this afternoon after suspected fractured her left arm because falling from the stairs at her sister's house.mrs. sarah was bornin 1984. Mrs. Behr is a teacher and she is married. Her next of kin is her father and he can be contact at 01792-793456. She is not a smoker but she drink 10 unit of alcohol per week. there is a family history of heart disease on the father side and she allergic to nuts.

mukhlis fell off from his bicycle.it happened five days ago. his right wrist is very paintful.the skin feels hotand, is red and sore. the shape of the wrist seems normal, but it's bit swollen, and it hurts when he touch it. he can move it without making the pain worse. he can also hold heavy bags, and put weight on it......

hemm, it was fun since i love english... pn mila is a very happening tutor i've eva met.. huhu.. the atmosphere was very alive but not during the fasting month.. everybody was like sooooo tired and liveless... hehehe.. dats including me.. it helped me to improve my english more since i've to learn more medical terms and being a nurse needs me to be more confident to speak in english since i would have to work with all sorts of poeple. ok, i think dats all 4 now..bye2..c u soon...

SYMPTOMS..... WATCH OUT...

Ain fell off from a tree 2 days ago. She hurt her wrist and it feels hot on the the skin. Her wrist was a little bit swollen and sore. She said it hurt when you touch IT plus she cannot move any heavy objects and move it freely.

PAIN REPORT...............................

Aliff is having abdominal pain since yesterday. It was mild when it started yesterday but constant. It got worse last night especially at the upper left side of his abdomen. He said it feels like something gnawning him from the inside of his body and it stays at the same place. The pain aggravates when he coughs but sitting on 45 degrees position helps to alleviate the pain.

Fadillah is 18 years old and she's studying at Hospital Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (HUKM) currently for diploma in nursing. She's going to have her examination by next week so she's very busy flipping through the thick book of nursing right now. The reason why she wants to be a nurse because it is her ambition since she was a kid. She said being a nurse really suits her because she loves working with poeple and hates doing paperworks. She would like to become a scrub nurse one day because it is giving her the adrenaline rush and she just loves it. but since she still in year one she do not has the chance yet. Fadillah spent the last two weeks at medical wards because she was posted there. Fadillah is good at mingle with other poeple and she's a very disciplined lady. During weekends, she would spend her time with window shopping with her friends and jogging at the nearby recreational park.

My LOvE pROfESSioN.........

In my opinion,nursing course is a very important course in our country.It is because this course give an occupation to fill up all the job application in Malaysia.Furthermore,nursing is also important because nursing is a good and dignity profession.It is demanded in every country such as Saudi Arabia and Philiphines.

This course is different compared to other course.It is because this course are practised with skills in hospital or clinics.Nurses are person who will give good treatment and they will be supporting the doctor.Nurses can treat the patient and they also have to take care of the patient during patient stay in the ward.

If you are in nursing course,you also can give your services in overseas such as Saudi Arabia.It is because the country need more nurses and the salary is also expensive.Nursing course in Malaysia treat the student to be a good and diciplines nurse.Student nurse is also teachs to be a kind and have a lot of commitment in nursing profession.

Nursing in our life also important.Without nurse,we do not know what should we do if something happens to ourself.Otherwise,nurses should be the first person to say thank you because the nurses take care of the patient.Not the doctor.It is because the nurses take care to our body very well such as cleanliness and so on.

As a conclusion,nursing profession is very useful and the best profession in the world.You may not be worried about the salary when you are in the world but you also have been promised your reward in the Next world.I hope i will stay in this profession until i die.

HAI.........good morning for morning time, good afternoon for afternoon time, and good evening for evening time. So.......... first of all i want to introduce my self. well.. my name is Marline Sikau but my family and my best friend call me Bibie.
