my patient....macha

my patient has abdominal pain.it begin suddenly last night at 8 pm as mild at beginning but getting worse at the end...constant pain all over the abdomen.....right now he said to me that the pain is staying the same and is on the right-hand side to the abdomen.also the pain get worse whenhe cougs....
