my patient has severe abdominal pain.it began suddenly last 2days at 12pm as mild at beginning but getting worse at the end,this happens when he enjoying the party...it was constant pain all over the abdomen..my patient say that the pain is staying the same and is on the right-hand side to the abdomen and the pain also get worse when he coughs.
